The Training Point specialises in the design and delivery of bespoke training and development solutions to meet the needs of your business. This includes management development, leadership, sales, customer service, interviewing, recruitment, presentation and appraisal training. We have a loyal client base built up over many years who can recommend our services. Training and development options can be from a one day workshop to on-going development programmes. Training courses can be from a one-day training workshop to longer term development programmes. We can also offer a range of blended learning options including distance learning and remote study. Ruth Boulton established the business in 1992, the company is based in Worthing, West Sussex and delivers training across the UK and into Europe.
The HR Point offers a range of HR (Human Resources) Consultancy services to add value to your business by providing the expertise required to deal with the complex personnel and management matters in-line with today's employment legislation and best practice. The HR Point is headed up by Nicky Gleadow, Grad CIPD.
We understand you are busy and don't have the time to deal with today's complex employment matters, so offer a service to support you with this, where you outsource some or all your HR to us. This can range from on-call support to on-site support where we can fully manage your Human Resources.
We will ensure compliance with current legislation whilst delivering the right solution for your business!
