Leadership and Management TRAINING FUNDING AVAILABLE for 2011-2012 Did you know that now Companies, in many areas of the UK, with between 2 and 250 employees can apply for up to £1000 funding to develop their business through leadership & management training? A grant is available that will pay for 50% of the cost excluding VAT up to a maximum amount of £1000 e.g. training costs = £2000; you can claim back £1000, cost to you £1000. Funding is available for leadership and management development training/solutions that develop skills to engage fully and optimise the contribution of staff and therefore grow the business. Solutions could be delivered by: Workshops Training programmes Bespoke/tailored training options Peer learning Mentoring/coaching Qualification based programmes The Training Point offers leadership & management development solutions/training and coaching which is deliverable within the above funding and endorsed by the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Development). In addition the training is tailored to suit the needs of your organisation. We can design and deliver the training and also assist with your application for funding.
