The Training Point is an established company ensuring your confidence in our training. Starting in 1992 we have delivered training throughout the UK and in Europe to companies large and small. So whether you are a small company who relies on external training provision or a large organisation with your own internal training and development department we have the experience to be able to work with you to tailor our service to your needs.
We can work from scratch analysing training needs and recommending a suitable training solution, or if you are further along the road already, we can design and deliver training to match your established learning outcomes.
Our experienced trainers deliver 3D training solutions: what does that mean? Our trainers are very experienced as trainers and have delivered a range of training within various industries AND they have all practiced in the areas in which they train. We believe you will notice the difference that gives as the training comes alive for your delegates with real work-related examples and scenarios.
Today's businesses require flexible solutions to training and development sometimes a training course is the right approach, other times a blended programme with distance learning and remote mentoring is more appropriate.
