All our distance courses use blended learning techniques assuring the delegate an effective and enjoyable learning experience. The programme is designed working with you to meet your requirements and can be anything from a single module through to an on-going development programme.

One to one Coaching

The Training Point provides expert trainers to coach specific skills using original materials and ideas. This method reduces time taken and focuses on specific areas and can be face to face or telephone based. This fantastic approach to learning is for people who have identified a gap in their knowledge and want learning focused on their situation and delivered in a way they fully understand.

Mentoring

The Training Point provides structured support programmes that focus on a development agenda that meets each client's exact needs. It is applied within the client's own work scenario and the mentor can help the mentee develop in their working context. A major advantage of distance mentoring is that it can run to the pace and schedule of each individual delegate.

Blended learning

Blended learning combines input sessions, work-based activities and remote learning activities supported by a dedicated trainer. The exact mix of methods is selected after considering the individual delegate and the defined development need.
